Who we are
R.A Developments is a family-run builder covering London and the South East. You can contact us at support@radevelopment.co.uk or on +44 7757 184116.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry: your name, email address, phone number, how you would like us to contact you, the details of your project (type of work, property type, timing, budget range, planning status, postcode if you give it, and anything you write in the message box), and how you heard about us. We also record, without any personal details, the page you first arrived on, the website you came from and any campaign tag in the link you used, so we can see which of our channels is working. If you message us on WhatsApp or by phone, we see the details you choose to give us.
Why we use it and our legal basis
We use it to reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, carry out your project. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in running and improving our business. We also use the anonymous source information to understand which of our marketing works.
Who sees it
Only people at R.A Developments who need it to deal with your enquiry. We use service providers to run this website, store enquiries and send email on our behalf. They handle your information only to provide those services. We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing emails to people who have not asked to hear from us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any project that follows, and for our business and legal records. You can ask us to delete your details sooner.
Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It stores a small amount of information in your browser's session storage (the page you arrived on, the website you came from and any campaign tag) so that we can record how you found us when you send an enquiry. It is cleared when you close the tab. We also count clicks on our phone, WhatsApp, email and quote buttons without recording who you are.
Your rights
You can ask us to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it, and you can object to how we use it. To do so, contact support@radevelopment.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
